The public consultation on Hertfordshire’s draft Local Transport Plan has launched, and will run until Monday 9 November 2026.
The Local Transport Plan will help shape the future of transport in Hertfordshire to 2050, and the team working on this would really value your views.
The draft plan sets out a long-term vision, strategic objectives and policies that will guide the delivery of transport services and infrastructure across the county. It aims to:
- support sustainable growth across Hertfordshire
- improve accessibility, safety and connectivity for residents, businesses and visitors
- enhance transport choice and encourage more sustainable travel
- contribute to wider environmental, economic and quality of life outcomes.
